She was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an unforgettable dining experience. The highlight of our dining experience was the Sommelier lady, who was extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect wine to accompany our meal. Despite our limited German, the staff were fluent in English and made communication a breeze.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to our every need. I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Wintergarten restaurant and I must say that it was an outstanding experience.
